Karena and Katrina celebrated the grand opening of their new Fitness Studio and launch of their first DVD ‘OneDay Fat Blast’ at the infamous Beverly Hills 90210 House in Hermosa Beach. For photos of the event, visit ToneItUp.com.

Karena and Katrina just returned from a two busty two weeks of traveling. First they were off to Boston to speak at a MS Advocate conference. Next the girls headed to GoBeachFest in Turks & Caicos where they taught their Bikini Body Bootycamp, shot 15 new episodes for ToneItUp.TV and shot with Sports Illustrated photographer Marc Serota.

Karena has also stayed busy modeling for clients like New Balance in New York City & shoots weekly for Lululemon!

Big News for Karena and her ToneItUp.com business partner Katrina, as they just signed on to be the next generation of fitness as ‘The Fonda Girls’! They will shoot their new Jane Fonda workout series that will be launching January 2011. Target has already picked up the series along with other retailers. Karena’s first ‘Tone It Up’ DVD will also launch in September 2010 at the same time as the grand opening of the Tone It Up Fitness Studio in Hermosa Beach, CA!

This past month, Karena and Katrina have featured their ‘Tone It Up’ videos on CBS Health and FitSugar.com. Look for ‘Tone It Up’ features in upcoming issues of ‘Marie Claire’ & ‘Women’s Health’ magazines!

Next up, Karena is preparing to compete at the Nautica Malibu Triathlon!
